In 2005 the Fairview Heights Rotary has been working to bring a Miracle League Field to the local communities special needs children.  The Miracle League of Fairivew Heights is a non-profit organization funded by priviate donations and fund raisers.  The majority of funding of our programs comes from local, individuals donations and fund raising activities.Sport Balls

The Fairview Heights Rotary won one of 532 awards world wide for The International Rotary Significant Achievement Award for their work on Miracle League and bringing it to the community.  This award was presented to the club in October 2007.

January 2008 The Fairview Heights Rotary received “The Spirit of the Disabilities Awareness Act” for the work on Miracle League and all the work with the Special needs community.

April 2009, Brenda Wagner, the President of Miracle League of Fairview Heights was awarded 2008 Citizen of the Year for her community service and all her work in the city.  It was stated that she is most known for her work on Miracle League.
